I receive an error 1306 while trying to uninstall SOS.
I receive an error 1306 while trying to uninstall SOS.
Solution
Error 1306 usually indicates that some files of the SOS software are still being used. That's why the software failed to uninstall. In this case, try:
1. Reboot the machine first.
2. Go to the Task Manager, and make sure the following processes (if any) ended:
i. sosuploadagent.exe
ii. sstorage.exe
iii. SOSLiveProtect.exe
After you have done so, you can try uninstall again.
